Privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, and any phone number, company, job title, subject, and message you provide. We also record how you arrived at the site — the referring page and any campaign parameters in the URL — and the time of submission. Analytics attribution is attached only when you allow analytics.

We use a keyed hash of your IP address for short-lived abuse prevention. We do not store your IP address on the enquiry. Optional spam verification may process your IP address through Cloudflare Turnstile.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to keep a record of who we have spoken with, and to understand which channels bring people to the site so we know where to spend effort. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use PostHog to measure site usage — pages viewed, navigation paths, and traffic sources. A random browser identifier connects visits. After a contact submission, an internal enquiry ID links that browser history to the enquiry. We do not send contact names, email addresses, or message text to PostHog. Session recording is disabled. Analytics data is processed by PostHog on our behalf.

Cookies

After you allow analytics, we set a first-party cookie recording where you first arrived from, so that attribution survives navigation within the site. PostHog sets its own cookies to recognise returning browsers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Administrator sign-in uses a separate essential session cookie.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email [email protected].
